SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all over India. The cost you pay is full and final.  We are the genies who ensure your product reaches you with no extra cost and trouble. 

However for international shipping, do get in touch with us.

Our Packs are dispatched on 1st of the Month and 15th of the Month. Depending on when you place the order, the pack will be sent in the subsequent dispatch. If you do need to alter the dates, please feel free to write in to us and we shall definitely do the needful.

If you need to box dispatched for next day or same day delivery, reach out to us. 

Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon boxes and gifts can be dispatched immediately with additional shipping (as per actuals)

RETURNS

At this time we do not offer any return or exchanges of the book/ product. The set has been tediously curated keeping the age group of the child in mind. But should you have any issues, please drop in a mail and we will try our best to work on it.

However if the pack arrives damaged to you, please share a photo of the within 24 hours of receiving it on sangeetavarma@bookastar.org and we will get in touch with you.

CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, we would not be able to cancel it. However our endeavour is that post receiving the box, you would be glad of not having the cancellation policy.
